This tour package is for 9 days. On the first day, you will be arriving in Kathmandu, and on the 9th day, you will be returning to your home. You will spend your remaining days in Jhapa exploring its beauties and traditional culture.

The tour package can be adjusted as per your group. If there are 4 people in the group, we will be using the luxurious car and if the number exceeds we will be using Scorpio.

Hotel and transportation will be provided to you.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

We will receive you at the airport. We will head towards the hotel and rest for a few hours. Then we will explore Thamel area. For dinner, we will return to the hotel.

Day 2: On route to Jhapa

We will Start early from Kathmandu and drive to Jhapa. It will take around 3 hours to reach Jhapa. We will check into your accommodation upon arrival. Then spend the day exploring nearby attractions such as local markets, tea gardens, or cultural sites.

Day 3: Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve

We will head to Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve, which is around 1-2 hours away from central Jhapa. Explore the reserve on a guided safari or nature walk. Spot various bird species, including endangered ones, and other wildlife along the Koshi River. Return to Jhapa in the evening and relax.

Day 4: Temples and Cultural Sites Exploration

We will visit temples and cultural sites within Jhapa, such as Pathibhara Temple, Beldangi Monastery, and Buddhashanti Stupa. Take your time to appreciate the blend of Hinduism and Buddhism in the region. Enjoy local cuisine at a traditional restaurant.

Day 5: Kakarbhitta and Eastern Border

We will drive to Kakarbhitta, a bustling border town on the eastern border of Nepal. Explore the markets and streets, experiencing the cross-cultural influences of Nepal and India. If interested, cross the border into India for a brief visit to nearby attractions like Siliguri or Darjeeling.

Day 6: Day of relaxation

Spend a leisurely day in Jhapa, indulging in activities like visiting tea gardens or taking a riverside stroll. Enjoy some downtime at your accommodation or visit a local spa for relaxation.

Day 7: Outdoor and adventure

Engage in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, or river rafting in the scenic countryside surrounding Jhapa. Alternatively, visit nearby attractions like Chandragadhi Fort or Jhapa Fun Park for family-friendly entertainment.

Day 8: Back to Kathmandu

We will depart from Jhapa and drive back to Kathmandu. We will explore Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, showcasing ancient temples, palaces, and intricate wood carvings. Visit Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, for panoramic views of the city and sacred Buddhist shrines.
